We have two sample types. The options are ‘blank’ and ‘imprinted,’ details are below:

Blank Samples - You have the ability to obtain up to 5 free blank samples every month as a PapaChina plus Account holder. You just pay the shipping fee. To do so you can use your shipping account number or pay. However this applies to products below USD$2, and also depends upon your account level. The higher your account level, the more free blank samples you can attain with us. Also the blank sample may come with a logo, or without a logo, but we try our best to ensure it does come with a logo. Its having a logo allows your client to check the imprint quality.

Imprinted Sample - We also offer free imprinted samples with your client’s customized product color, and your client’s logo. However this only applies to account holder whose account is above level 2. but if below level one, you will be paying USD45 set up imprint fee for each product, different products have different imprint method, that why each product a set up fee is apply, You can check below here for the account level table to view the number of free imprinted samples you are entitled to with your PapaChina plus Account.

Keep Note: We advise you to first offer your client a digital picture or digital virtual proof first, with the price quote, before going further. Your client should be OK with your price before you start requesting samples. This is a better way of doing business for you, because it saves you time and stress. Think of this as in; you going to a car showroom, and the car salesperson says, “Test drive the car for free, and later we will talk on price.” It is you as are aware not a great way to do business. You really have to, or at least you should know the price of the car first. The consequence in this instance is;  you go for a test drive, and when you have tested the car to find the price much higher than your budget, that it was a waste of time for the car sales-person, and also you. This applies to your client also. You first need to show them a digital version of the product that fits their needs, and also a price quote. After this, show them a digital proof of how their logo looks on the items, and if they are happy with the price and the digital proof, then and only then should you request for a sample delivery. This way, you can be sure that the deal will be closed and approved by your client.

The catalog is an online, easy use catalog version. It runs on Adobe Flash. We are currently upgrading the catalogue, to be usable with other software packages, including an offline and easy to use catalog version. (Keep Note that this process is being upgraded for better and faster use. You will be notified of the upgrade)

Digital Proof – Yes, digital proof for you is also free. For now you also use the ‘enquiry’ button. Select the product needed, add to cart, and send the enquiry. Then your account manager will get back to you, and the digital proof will be ready in less than 1hr.

Production Time: Production time is the time it take us to produce the item, production of most items takes 2 weeks, and sometimes just days.

We have two options for shipping. These are air and sea.

Air is delivered to your doorstep via DHL Express. This takes 4-5 days to most countries in the world, and we can also accept the option of you using your own shipping account, if you want to use your own.

Sea is the shipping method which is processed via sea shipment right to your nearest sea port. It is a much cheaper option. However it takes much longer to receive your shipment by this means. It can take 2-3 weeks to get to most ports. Keep note that Sea shipping cost on the system is the cost of delivery to your sea port only, and all local custom fees, and local delivery expense in your country is paid by you.

Minimum Orders -The quantity stated on the price table is the minimum order you can make for that good. However sometimes we do accept lower quantities for some products.80% of the products we provide hold true to the minimum quantity you see on the price table as the minimum order. Soon though, we will be upgrading to make sure that you can order very low quantities to meet your clients small event promotions.
