PRODUCT SOURCE
Question: Where do Papa China products come from?
Answer: Our products come from our factory in Shenzhen China. This is also the location of our warehouse and head office.
DELIVERY TIME
Question: How long will it take for me to get my product?
Answer: We offer different shipping methods based on what you are buying and the quantity you wish to order. Most of our customers who buy small quantities ship by express delivery. This takes 3-5 days to arrive anywhere in the world.
If buying larger quantities then the best option for you is sea shipment. This is approximately 70% cheaper than air express. The trade-off for you is that delivery will take 2-3 weeks. This timeframe is depending on the location being shipped to.
OUR PRICES
Question: How can our products be so cheap?
Answer: Our products are low cost because we have low costs of production here in China. Also we are the direct manufacturer who also supplies. This cuts out any middlemen, and we pass on this low cost way to do business to you our customer.
Question: Does our price change?
Answer: Yes it does, but we do our best to ensure that the price you see online is the same price we sell to you at. Why the price can fluctuate is down to the fact that raw material prices, and the currency exchange rate can be in a state of flux. This can force our hand in price increases (or indeed price decreases) without notice. However rest assured that even if the price rises, you will still be buying cheap. This is as we do our best to offer you direct factory prices consistently.
Question: Apart from the price online plus the shipping fee that PapaChina quotes, are there any hidden fees?
Answer: No we don't work like that, what you see is what you get, no hidden charges. However you may need to pay local taxes or seaport handling charges etc, depending on your shipping method. We are with you every step of the way to make this as easy and as inexpensive for you as possible.

Question: Your products are cheap, that means they can’t be of high quality, right?
Answer: Here we contradict this long held belief. The proof is in our product (and our client testimonials). Quality raw materials, attention to detail in our manufacturing and imprint processes, and dedicated quality control personnel monitoring every order.

Question: What kind of payment methods do PapaChina accept?
Answer: We accept many different payment types, PayPal, Credit Cards, Wire Transfer, and of course Western Union.

Question: What kind of Promotional Products do we offer?
Answer: We offer almost everything that you can possibly imagine, as almost every product known to man has the capability to be a fine promotional product. Whilst our website boasts 10’s of 1000’s of available products, we have a multitude more not listed on our website.

SAMPLES
Question: Does PapaChina offer Samples?
Answer: We have three (3) Sample Types on Offer: ‘Virtual Sample,' ‘Blank Sample’ and the ‘Imprinted Sample’
Virtual Samples: This is also offered for FREE (no money down), but this time your sample is back to you within the hour (can be as little as 30 minutes.) To utilize the “Virtual Sample” all you do is send in your enquiry, and respond to the sales reps’ email when they request your imprint logo file or/and text. The digital image of the product is then enhanced with your imprint as it will appear post production.
Blank Samples: For added speed in getting your promotion on track, we often offer customers free blank samples. The sample will not have your logo and message imprinted on it and in most cases it will have another client logo or imprint. These samples are useful in allowing you check our imprint quality and also the quality of the product. Once a production order is confirmed, any payment you make for the sample and its delivery will be refunded to you. The cost price of this sample option is so low it is often overlooked and the sample shipment is super fast (DHL Express Shipping). Remember if you already have a shipping account please feel free to use it. We work with UPS, FedEx and DHL. (2-4 Days Processing & 4 Days Air Delivery).
Imprinted Samples: We also offer imprinted samples. These sample product(s) have your imprinted logo and message on them. Again all sample fees incurred are refunded once the full production order is confirmed. There is an imprint set-up fee per each sample product, and your low cost high speed shipping fee too. We need to charge an imprint set-up fee on different products because different products require their own unique imprint methods. You will be kept informed every step of the way. (8-12 Days Process & 4 Days Air Delivery).
Question: How do I submit my artwork or logo?
Answer: This is easy, attach your logo or type in your text and email it to your account manager or select the product you need and send in your enquiry online.
IMPRINTS
Question: Can I order a product without an imprint?
Answer: You may own your own promotional company, and want to do the imprint yourself, we understand this. If you need blank non-imprinted products we are happy to oblige. We will be only too glad to sell you blank products without an imprint.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT POLICY
Question: Do we Offer discount for Non Profit Organizations?
Answer: Yes we do. Clubs, and Charities are offered as part of our community support agenda. PapaChina.com offers special discounts for community groups and non-profit organizations. ORDERING
Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: After you have found a product that you’re interested in, you can place the order online with ease. You don’t need to place an order right away either, just get in touch with us on http://www.papachina.com/contact_us.php and an account manager will be glad to answer any questions you may have. If you want to progress with an order add a product to the enquiry cart and “check out.” An Account Manager will get back to you in just a few minutes to review all the information. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
Question: Can I cancel an order after I’ve placed it?
Answer: Yes and No. An order can be cancelled within 24hours of its being placed. After 24hrs it can no longer be cancelled. This is because we work hard to get your order ready quickly. Once we confirm your order after you approve the digital proof / physical sample, we instantly go into production. This means that if it takes you days to inform us that the order has been cancelled, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
PRODUCTION
Question: What are our production steps?
Answer: It is as easy as ABC. A) You approve your sample. B) You forward payment. C) We start production and show you production proof as we produce.
Question: Do you offer a faster / rush service?
Answer: Yes we do, we work hard to help you meet your deadlines. Please talk to your account manager to make requests for speedier production and delivery or check our rush category.
PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Question: How safe is my personal information and company information?
Answer: When you deal with us, we don't ask for much, just your contact name, your company name and address. That is all we ask for. When you are paying via PayPal all this is taken care of by PayPal so you don't need to send us your credit card information if you don’t wish to. You are 100% secure.

Answer: DHL, UPS, FedEx AIR ensures your products are delivered right to your door-step anywhere in the World. In most cases there are no local taxes because promotional products are not for selling, they are for “gifting.” Your country rules on tax may vary.
AIRLINE CARGO & ADDITIONAL COSTS
Question: What will the AIRLINE CARGO shipping option do for me, and will I need to pay anything extra on the products I am importing?
Answer: Choosing the AIRLINE CARGO shipping method ensures your products arrive at your nearest international airport where you can pick them up.
NB
• At the airport you will be asked to pay “Circa 10%” of the total shipping cost again to have your goods released. This cost is made up of: Warehouse Fees, Customs Bond, Handling and Forwarding and Customs Clearance.
• Different airports have different costs. If you have a choice of airports to use, then please ask your account manager to give you a re-quote in order to find your best option.
• Again just like the DHL AIR shipping option, in the vast majority of countries no local taxes are due because the goods are for “gifting” and not for selling. Your country rules on tax may vary.
SEA SHIPPING AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
Question: What will the SEA SHIPPING option do for me, and will I need to pay anything extra on the products I am importing?
Answer: Choosing the SEA SHIPPING method ensures your products arrive at your nearest International Sea Port. Just give us the “Country” and “Port Name.” From here you arrange pick up. We will provide you with a “local shipping agent” contact too. The agent will assist you with all paperwork and in getting your products to your door. Please note that the Shipping Agent charges fees for this service, fees that are not covered by your purchase cost with PapaChina.
NB
• With the sea option you may be required to pay local taxes and import duties. Again in most countries the fact that the products are for “gifting” and not for selling means that there should be a waiving of taxes, BUT this varies by country.
• Different seaports have different charges like Warehouse Fees, Customs Bond, Handling and Forwarding and Customs Clearance. If you have a number of options then please ask your account manager for a re-quote, in order to find the option that best suits you.
PICK UP / DELIVERY WITHIN CHINA
Question: Can I pick up the goods from PapaChina Headquarters myself? Do you offer free delivery within China and to Hong Kong?
Answer: Yes if you arrange for pick up of the goods from our Shenzhen China head office, you will only incur the cost of the products (excluding export charges if applicable). So too we offer FREE delivery of products to any location in China
USING YOUR OWN SHIPPING ACCOUNT
Question: Can I use my own shipping account to have my products delivered to me?
Answer: If your SHIPPING ACCOUNT is with DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT then yes, you can use your own SHIPPING ACCOUNT, please inform your account manager that you would like to do so.
