Where do Papa China products come from?

Our products come from our factory in Shenzhen China, this is also the location of our warehouse and head office.

How long will it take for me to get my product?

We offer different shipping methods based on what you are buying and the quantity you wish to order. Most of our customers who buy small quantities ship by express delivery. This takes 3-4 days to arrive anywhere in the world. If you are buying in larger quantities then the best option for you is sea shipment. This is normally 70% cheaper than air express. The trade-off for you is that delivery will take 2-3 weeks. This timeframe is depensive on the location being shipped to.

Why are our products so cheap?

That’s a good question to ask. Our produce is cheap because we are the direct manufacturer.

Your products are cheap, how can they be of a high quality?

Yes indeed all of our products come with a lifetime warranty!

We offer almost everything that you can imagine. Whilst our website boasts 10’s or 1000’s of available good types, we have a multitude more not listed on our website. You can contact us on Sales@PapaChina.com, just tell us what you need, and we will be happy to quote you direct factory prices. So too we can also advise you on what promotional product will work best for you, given your needs and our skill in this area.

Do we offer Samples?

We have two options for FREE SAMPLES. 

A)  Firstly there is the “Photo Sample.” Here one of our artists can provide an imprint of your text or logo onto the promotional product digitally. This will within an hour be sent to you via e-mail for your review and approval. 

B) We can also deliver to you a “Delivery Sample” with your text or logo imprinted. This is delivered via express air shipping. Initially you pay a $29 shipping fee, however when upon your approval of the sample and placement of your order, we will refund your sample shipping fee to you.

Most of our customers select the “Photo Sample” option because it is much faster, and comes at zero cost to you.

Can I order a product without an imprint?

You may own your own promotional company, and want to do the imprint yourself, we understand this. If you need blank non-imprinted products we are happy to oblige. We will be only too glad to sell you blank products without an imprint.

Do we Offer discount for Non Profit Organizations?

Yes we do. Clubs, Charities, Schools and Community Group Discounts are offered as part of our community support agenda. PapaChina.com offers special discounts for community groups and non-profit organizations. Do you offer a faster / rush service?

Yes we do. However for such speedy provisions we may need to add a very small fee based on the rush delivery.

Apart from the price online plus the shipping fee that we quote are there any hidden fees?

No we don't work like that, what you see is what you get, no hidden charges.

Does our price change?

Yes it does, but we do our best to ensure that the price you see online is the same price we sell to you at. Why the price can fluctuate is down to the fact that raw materials prices, and the currency exchange rate can be in a state of flux. This can force our hand in price increases (or indeed price decreases) without notice. However rest assured that even if the price rises, you will still be buying cheap. This is as we do our best to offer you direct factory prices consistently .

What are our production steps?

Is as easy as ABC. A) You approve your sample. B) We get your payment.  C) We start production and show you proof of production.

How to i submit my artwork or logo?

Easy, attach your logo or type your text and email to Sales@PapaChina.com to order via email. 

How safe is my personal information and company information?

When you deal with us, we don't ask for much, just your contact name, your company name and address. That is all we ask for. When you are paying via PayPal all this is taken care of by PayPal so you don't need to send us your credit card information. You are100% secure.
