With a "blank sample," you receive a physical product sample, delivered to your door. This is to assist you proof before production purposes. A non-refundable fee applies to this sample’s delivery. Often "blank samples" come from another production order, and "may" include another company’s imprint. Please allow 3-5 days processing, and 5 days for shipping direct to your doorstep.

The "imprinted product sample," is a physical sample of the product you want. It will be branded with your imprint, and delivered to your door. This is the HIGHEST COST sample option and includes a non-refundable fee. The fee covers machine setup for your particular logo and imprint method. Please allow for a full 2-week processing and shipping time for direct to your doorstep "imprinted product sample" delivery.

This price includes the product cost, and the cost of direct to your door air delivery combined. This price includes DHL, UPS, TNT or FEDEX air delivery costs to United states, and is the total cost you pay to us. Promotional gift items should not incur any custom fees / taxes. However, occasionally local customs fees have been charged to clients.

This price includes the product cost, plus the shipping fee to your nearest International sea-port in United states (Not to your door). This is the total cost you pay to us. When products arrive, the sea port’s clearing agent that is tagged to your shipment, will notify you. They will help you with customs clearance, paperwork, organizing to-your- door delivery etc. Clearing agent service fees + local delivery fees vary by country (fees & charges are paid by customer). Sea shipping is slower. It works out better than air delivery only on large shipments. If you are buying smaller qty items, with little cost different between air and sea, we will suggest you go with air option, but if there is a larger difference in cost, the sea shipping will be best option for you.

This is the product cost only. This price does not include shipping. You have the option of handling your own shipment, by using your own shipping agent anywhere in China with us delivering to them for free (excluding export fee). and pay us the product cost only.
